Tiffany works with children and adults, on a wide range of issues, including: emotion regulation; Intimate Partner Violence (IPV); sexual violence; grief and loss; anxiety; life transitions such as separation and divorce; adjustment to parenthood. With an extensive background in forensic interviewing, Tiffany has also recently completed training and is certified in the assessment and treatment of youth who use or who are at risk of using sexually harmful behaviours.

Tiffany has training in and experience utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT). Tiffany works with clients of all ages on emotion regulation and emphasizes a connection, attachment-based approach in parenting work.

Tiffany practices from a strengths-based perspective, with the goal of creating a therapeutic environment where people feel accepted, comfortable and valued.

Welcome! My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing difficulties with emotion regulation, intimate partner violence (IPV), sexual violence, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and significant life transitions such as separation and divorce.

In my work with children aged 4+, I draw from Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), a therapeutic approach which recognizes play as the natural medium through which children express their thoughts and feelings.

I have received training in and use a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Brief Solution-Focused Therapy; Integrative Attachment Family Therapy (IAFT). My approach to therapy is firmly rooted in a strengths-based perspective, which emphasizes the inherent potential and resilience of each person. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where people feel accepted, comfortable and valued.
